Throughout the years, BMC has built a fine reputation for excellence in workmanship. We
currently serve local customers and several school systems throughout Connecticut and
New York. Now you can take advantage of our experience and our repair expertise by simply
following the procedure below.

ESTIMATE AND SHIPPING PROCEDURE

1. Fill out and submit Repair Request E-form below.

2. You will be contacted within 24 hours with a preliminary estimate.

3. If you find the estimate to your satisfaction, we will arrange pick up of your instrument by UPS ground services.

4. Please be sure to include the Repair Request Form and the estimate with your instrument.

5. It is your responsibility to make sure your instrument is properly packaged according to the UPS Shipping Specifications.

6. When work is finished and payment is processed, your instrument will be shipped back to your door step.
