Ordering & Payment Policy

• Orders must be accompanied by pre-payment (check, bank check, money order or credit card number).  If sending a personal check, allow two weeks from the date received for processing.
• Phone orders are accepted Mon – Fri 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Sat 10 AM – 4:30 PM (EST).
• Credit card orders will only be shipped to the billing address of the person named on the credit card.
• All items that are in stock will be shipped immediately (usually the next business day). Any items not in stock will be placed on backorder until they become available. They will be shipped separately, unless you indicate otherwise.
• Free Shipping offers only apply to items marked "FREE SHIPPING" that are ordered through our online shopping cart.  This offer applies to UPS Ground only, no exceptions.
• If you wish to order by mail, please use the shopping cart to the point where you are going to check out.  Simply print out the form and mail in with payment. 

A fee of $30.00 is charged for returned checks.
