Anastasia graduated with her BS in music education from WCSU in 2023. She's made a point to be an active member of ensembles, both from her alma mater and from the community. In these ensembles, she plays cello, flute, piccolo, and bassoon.
Anastasia enjoys learning to play instruments, so she's able to teach a lot of instruments! She can teach flute, clarinet, saxophone, oboe, bassoon, trumpet, french horn, trombone, euphonium, violin, viola, cello, and upright bass. She's been teaching at BMC for about a year, and she has several years of experience teaching private students outside of BMC.
Do you want to jam with your friends? Maybe just rock out for fun? Learn to play classical music in the orchestra! Perhaps you'd like to play violin as a stress reliever or for physical therapy? Learn the fundamentals, from keeping a basic, steady tempo, to playing the lead violin in an ensemble. Maybe you always wanted to learn to play viola or cello but never had the time. Learning to play an instrument will develop problem solving skills, discipline, and self expression.
